weekend done..

so another weekend over and spent doing sweet FA. saturday was spent watching the boy play with his toy cars whilst i read and played with my camera.. I don't think i've showed you one of my Christmas presents from mum and dad.. before burning they cut out some of our wedding tree messages and spent the last few months drying them out.. I cried when I got them as I wasn't expecting/hadn't thought about them.. but to see them again and have them as a memory from our wedding was so special and I think they look amazing - love silver birch! we did get to spend a lovely saturday afternoon/early evening at Sarahs again which was a lot of fun.. who says 4 is too early for a glass of wine (and the rest!). when her dad walked in and said, oh your eating here again what a surprise.. did feel slightly bad.. but they're too good a host and if someone offers you fish pie and good company would you turn it down!

sunday dave and I were on our lonesome.. had a lovely day of cleaning whilst listening/singing to old school tunes - Counting Crows - August & Everything After - long lost days came flooding back. we have cd's everywhere at the moment.. we've brought a new high fi - actually no we involved this is all the boy! it's going to end up in our office but for the time being we have it at home.. apparently our office isn't clean enough for the new toy! also to add to the old school 90's theme watched Sleepless in Seattle, may of almost cried.. it's a cute film i'd forgotten! have to say stayed in my jim jams all day - bliss! poor dave only got shoved outside a couple of times instead of taken for a walk which I payed for this morning when I had to take him outside at 4.56 this morning! hey ho..

have started the week with a little health kick.. lemon and warm water this morning followed by a berry smoothie.. have also got a recipe for one of these green smoothies which I'm contemplating - anyone tried one? only thing is can I live without caffeine for a week.... day! don't want to commit to a full blown detox.. all I want is nice skin...

hey ho.. more about the hearts coming soon..!

  7. hey anonymous.. it's a ARCAM SOLO MINI - it's very expensive but well worth it, the sound is amazing. The boy did a lot of research and this one has won loads of awards - it's small as well. We did have a double stacked amp and cd player so having something smaller and sounding better is a big space saver.

Only this is you can't get it online - only in stores.. but have a listen to one.. and it is a pretty product!

    Hope this helps a little!
