the end..

so it really was a lovely Eater.. again thanks to Lara, George and Lara's mum for hosting the celebrations.. and to dad for getting us there and back in such style.. mum and I travelled back like the queen with our legs covered in my favourite rug that used to belong to my granny.. I love the beautiful teal blue with the simple geometric pattern..

so back to today.. we're really struggling with this short week! there is so much to do and so little time! we're heading to Bath tonight for a meeting tomorrow.. will be good getting down there a night early as then we've an extra evening to spend with the family.. we can also get a little work done on Friday after the meeting.. to be honest looking forward to an un interrupted week next week to clear a few of theses to-do lists. oh so boring but we're getting into dangerous territory of having an un-manageable amount of work on, which this year I did not want as I really feel we deserve a little summer chillin! hey ho we'll see!

right back to work..

  1. Oh, I'd love to have one of those cupcakes now :) Anyway, I hope you'll find some time to relax in between (for both you and me :)

  2. Delightful photos as always. But where's Dave?

  3. no dave.. poor thing was stuck at home all day by himself.. hey ho he has a wonderful life most of the time so one day alone won't hurt him!

  4. Beautiful. The loveliest series of images.

Have fun in Bath. Maybe one day when you're visiting we can meet for a coffee xx

  5. This series of pictures has just been stunning, they really capture the mood of these lazy, sunny, beautiful long weekends we've been lucky with.
